Recognising that development time frames and adhering to budgets is of high importance, our development process is built around transparency and clear communication. Our streamlined systems ensure the council approval process is swift and your construction site management is compliant, timely and cost-effective.

From site investigation to build completion

Our Process

During our initial consultation, we’ll meet with you to discuss your development needs, requirements and budget. We can assist with your initial feasibility costs and help you understand the best ways to design for a wide market appeal. We can also conduct a site inspection and assist you in working out an efficient way to implement your development project from beginning to end.

Using the information gathered at our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a custom proposal detailing the best way to design your development moving forward, including if a development approval (DA) is required. We’ll walk you through our comprehensive plan before construction commences, so you completely understand the complete process.

At this stage, we’ll get your development design ready for council approval. Our designers will work with consultants such as structural, civil and traffic engineers, hydraulic consultants, town planners, interior designers, and electrical connection designers to pull all the pieces of your project together. We’ll also provide transparent pricing indications to ensure you’re informed.

We’ll send you a comprehensive, all-inclusive development contract for your consideration. Plus, we’ll also include some suggested cost-cutting measures as part of our documentation. Upon your approval, we’ll start planning for construction.

Now the construction of your development project begins! You’ll be allocated a Site Manager and an internal Construction Coordinator as your primary points of contact throughout the process. However, our founder and director, Blake, is only ever a phone call away. Our online portal will detail weekly updates and photographs of the construction, as well as contain digital sign-off for the important stuff like selection changes and variations.

Congratulations on the completion of your development – it is now ready to take to the market. During the final handover, our founder and director, Blake, will conduct quality assurance checks to ensure your new development meets the LanCon standard. You can rest assured that what was promised will be delivered in full. We like to celebrate with a team inspection and some bubbly with our clients!
